Corporate HQ for Davis Crane Service

Speed Fab Crete was selected as the design-build general contractor for the new corporate office and crane fleet operating headquarters for Davis Crane Service, a leading supplier and operator of hydraulic and conventional motor cranes.

Solution

Speed Fab Crete combined precast concrete and steel to construct the 13,000-square-foot, two-story high-performance facility, located at 1212 North Loop 12 in Irving Texas. Its exterior finish incorporated a mix of stone and masonry veneer, and the project also included new parking/paving, sidewalks, utilities, and supporting site improvements.

Results

Davis Crane Service’s new state-of-the-art facility enabled the company to expand the number and size of cranes in its fleet, accommodate its experienced staff, and ultimately better serve its rapidly-growing customer base.
