Speed Fab Crete was selected as the design-build general contractor to design and build a new light industrial leasing facility on a 5.18-acre plot of land for Classic, a repeat client we have proudly served since the 1980s.

Solution

Speed Fab Crete utilized its design-build expertise to construct a new, 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art industrial facility for Classic Leasing, located at 2101 Gateway Drive in Irving, Texas. Our team delivered a customized design that met the client's specific requirements, incorporating advanced precast wall panel technologies and efficient building practices to optimize functionality and performance. 

Results

The Classic Leasing Las Colinas Warehouse was completed on time and within budget, exemplifying Speed Fab Crete’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Completed in 2024, the facility successfully serves as a hybrid showroom/warehouse that includes dedicated spaces for collision, fleet, new cars, used cars, service, and sales.
