Stephen Eisner joins Speed Fab-Crete's Team. Active in Real Estate for the past 45 years, Stephen Eisner, with a diverse background in construction management, development of retail, multifamily and general commercial projects across the US is now a key leader at Speed Fab-Crete, Inc, in Fort Worth, Texas. As an expert, his consultative support to the company is key in the growth of the Bridge Division of this 74-year-old firm also specializing in Design-Build, Pre-Cast, Storm Shelters, General Contracting and Municipal Projects.

Experience

Early experience: civil and highway to retail and multi-family projects have brought him full circle from project management, development, construction, finance, and now back to project management.

His involvement in these projects has required interaction with both local and federal entities across multiple disciplines and adds a wealth of experience to the expertise that SFC already brings to a project.

Attention to Detail

Steve's attention to detail always ensures that projects are completed as specified and with a schedule. A self-professed data-junkie, he maintains his library of plans and spreadsheets that enables accurate forecasting and preparation for questions as they arise. His favorite phrase: “What if?” This curiosity drives him to continuously open doors and further his quest to educate himself on all new endeavors.

Steve has his B.A. from Austin College located in Sherman, Texas. His hobbies include reading his Bible, flyfishing and being outdoors as much as possible. More than anything, he loves playing with his precious granddaughters.
