Design-Build Process, Services, and Warranty

For every design-build project, Speed Fab Crete takes complete responsibility for day-to-day oversight of the construction site and management of vendors and trades. In addition, we keep communication between all involved parties open and clear throughout the building project. Our diverse single-source services include the following:

• Preliminary design and complete construction plans to respect the customer’s budget
• Architectural and engineering design capability
• All contractual methods including design-build & construction management-at-risk
• Master planning and expansion with computer-aided drafting system (CAD) and use of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Project budgeting and cost estimating
• Site evaluation including impact fee research and environmental assessment
• Site preparation and utility installation
• Turnkey or shell construction of all building types
• Steel fabrication and erection
• Major commercial remodeling, including store re-brandings
• Specialty buildings and precast concrete products
• Various wall finishes including smooth, sandblasted, or exposed rock aggregates
• Highway retaining walls & modular arched bridges meeting TXDOT specifications

We also offer a 2-year warranty for all projects in lieu of the industry-standard 1-year warranty. Our warranty covers all materials, systems, and equipment provided during the construction by Speed Fab Crete. Exclusions are owner’s equipment, owner’s subcontractors, lamps, ballasts, and abnormal wear and tear.
